Essential requirements
Requirements that are essential for applicants:
• To be motivated and enjoy the work you do and take pride in your work
• Responsible and trustworthy
• Clean UK drivers licence
• Very polite and professional manners
• Good with customer service for both commercial and domestic clients
• Excellent presentation in appearance and clean and tidy when working on site
• Have excellent work skills and hands-on experience (minimum of 3 years)
• Able to provide writ ten reports of jobs and photos
